Learn to create your own computer programs using the powerful Python programming language. This camp covers the basics of writing code and thinking like a programmer, and you will do several fun projects using lights, sound and motion sensing on your own Microbit pocket sized computer. If you’ve wondered about what goes on inside your computer or wanted to dive into “real” programming, this is for you! You will be working with the latest version of Python 3 and writing your code in the IDLE programming environment.
Note: This camp will be the same as last year's camp with added projects using Microbits. If your camper has already taken this camp, they may want to take to take our advanced camp!
